Banks are normally open on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays banks are closed. If you have a credit card with a personal code, you can draw money from the cash dispensers, which are available by most banks.

Most restaurants and shops receive foreign currency, but not necessarily at the current exchange rate.
