The site rarely has a boundary line (fence, hedge or the like). The size of the site appears from the house presentation, but you cannot always use the whole site, as trees, bushes and other vegetation may limit the access. If the holiday home is located at the beach, it can occur that a part of the site is used as a footpath for the beach.
