The size (m2) of the holiday home is measured from the outer walls (excl. terrace). Usually, the type of the site is stated in the presentation. In most cases the site is a natural site or a dune site, which means that the grass will not be cut. When the holiday home is new, the site/garden is often not completely laid out.
The site rarely has a boundary line (fence, hedge or the like). The size of the site appears from the house presentation, but you cannot always use the whole site, as trees, bushes and other vegetation may limit the access. Equally, the site can be a part of an unmarked dune area.
