Sol og Strand Feriehusudlejning rents around 6500 private holiday homes all over Denmark. We offer a lot of different types of holiday homes and holiday flats of all sizes and at all price levels. We rent holiday homes in the most popular holiday destinations in Denmark and we offer holiday homes in coastal areas and inland holiday homes. In order to make your holiday even better, you could also buy extra services such as e.g. final cleaning and hire of bed linen, cots, and high chairs. If you have special needs or wishes, e.g. that the holiday home comprises a piano or offers the possibility of stabling of horses, we can also arrange for that. Our mission
Our mission is to be the preferred holiday home rental agency for your holiday in Denmark.
We take care exclusively of rental of Danish holiday homes and holiday flats. We make it a point that our guests are well secured before, during and after their stay. Consequently, and as the only Danish holiday home rental agency, we have taken out a free cancellation and home insurance. We call it our security package. Furthermore, we focus on the quality of our rental objects. Our holiday homes and holiday flats are regularly checked by our advisors. We check that the homes and the flats comply with the Sol og Strand qualification that they have been granted. This is your guarantee of a successful holiday.
Our vision
First of all, we want to be famous for focusing on the holiday guest and to offer our guests the best service in the country. We offer guest service by telephone, e-mail, online and on social media and of course by means of our 150 office assistants at our 28 local rental offices in Denmark.
Secondly, we want to become the biggest provider of Danish holiday homes. We want to be the preferred rental agency of the owners of the holiday homes and to be known for the fact that their holiday homes are in good hands. We want to have a close cooperation and a close dialogue with our holiday home owners in order that together we can ensure the wanted rental of the holiday home.
Our business partner
We are member of the Association of Danish Distance and Internet Shopping that deals with the tenant as well as the owner. Apart from that, we work with a series of interest groups with the aim of marketing Denmark as a perfect holiday destination. All over Denmark our local offices have special cooperation agreements with local tourism actors and other relevant businessmen in relation to the marketing of exactly their destination. Furthermore, Sol og Strand has established a cooperation with a lot of the most important attractions in Denmark such as e.g. LEGOLAND, National Aquarium Denmark "Den Blå Planet" and Odense ZOO. So, when you hire a holiday home with us, you can at the same time buy tickets with a discount.
