You have to be at least 18 years old to rent a holiday home with Sol og Strand. In some cases the house owner reserves the right to approve youth groups before the tenancy agreement is binding. In these cases a special deposit may be collected.
The person, who is stated on the tenancy agreement, must be present during the tenancy. In the event of damages or other misuse of the holiday home, the bill for the repairing will be sent to the person, who entered the tenancy agreement.
