The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 9 m² covered terrace.

Ok hus uden positive overraskelser. Men da rimelig rent. Hårde senge og generelt træt og slidte møbler. Da vi ringede for at få adgang til det netværk der var beskrevet i velkomst mappen og koden ikke passede, blev jeg mødt med: "Så skal to resette routeren til fabriks indstillingerne og bruge den kryptiske/lange kode der står på routeren." "Ok.... hvor er routeren så?" "Absolut ingen ide. God fornøjelse" Jeg endte med at konkludere at routeren nok sad i det aflåste rum. Så det blev en weekend hvor jeg tog med som bagstopper for farmor og børnebørnene, hvor jeg havde reget med at sende lidt mails. Det lod sig ikke gøre og absolut ingen anger hos udlejer.

Ferring is situated between the lake Ferring Sø and the lighthouse Bovbjerg Fyr, by the steep cliffs of the Jutland west coast.

The village Ferring lays in the middle of the cliff 'Bovbjerg' on the Jutland west coast, right beneath the 5 km long lake Ferring Sø, 10 km south of the holiday area Vejlby Klit and 14 km west of the commercial town Lemvig. In Ferring you will find a museum in honour of the painter Jens Søndergaard, a geological miniature museum and a few shops. Right south of Ferring the 26 m high lighthouse Bovbjerg Fyr is situated.
Ferring is a quiet area in scenic surroundings. In this well-known holiday house area you can fish, swim, hike, drive on bicycle, fly with kite, hang glide, paraglide or visit museums.

Western Jutland - the Danish esplanade

 

The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland.
If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south.
By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.
