et gammelt og slidt hus.Renovering af badeværelse var ikke færdiggjort. For lidt bordplads i køkkenet.

Huset er fra 1950erne, det giver charme, men også slidtage. Badeværelse og indgang er opbygget og nyt, da det syntes, at have 1 prioritet for udlejning. Alt er funktionelt og væsentlig forbedret, mod det eksisterende, der var lille, koldt og fugtigt. Er klar over at det sidste finsh mangler, men det vil rettes op på til 2020. Huset er som beskrevet lille, derved også køkken. Der vil til 2020, komme ekstra vask og bord i gang, der kan afhjælpe den manglende bordplads.

Saksild Strand is a charming and quiet holiday house area with a lovely tempting beach.

The town of Saksild is situated on the eastern coast of Jutland, 3 km south of Rude Strand, 3 km north of Dyngby Strand and 6 km east of the commercial town Odder, which offers cultural sights, good shopping opportunities, cosy marked days and more restaurants. The holiday house area Saksild Strand is surrounded by the Kattegat and scenic, varying nature areas. From here you can enjoy the view of the islands Tunø and Samsø, and you can sail out to both islands from Hou, which is located 7 km towards south.
It is possible to buy groceries and dine in Saksild.
The area has a central location in proportion to sights, larger towns and lovely nature areas, and appeals mainly to families with children, nature lovers, anglers and others, who appreciate the values of the area.

South-eastern Jutland - the historic part of Denmark

 

The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water.
Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area, and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland.
Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.
