Holiday flat suitable for 2 persons . The holiday home is 30 m² and is build in 1994. In 2014 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.}. natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there

is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. Radio. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Please note: Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Shared television available in shared living room. Room number 6 and room number 7 have a shared kitchenette. Access to 2 shared terraces. Please use the parking place at the end of the building.

Skagen, Vesterby is a tranquil and scenic holiday area, surrounded by beach and plantation.

Skagen, Vesterby is the neighbourhood by the southern part of the harbour area. From here a short walk brings you to the charming harbour, the vivid town centre, the plantation Skagen Plantage and the beach Damstederne Strand. In Vesterby you can enjoy the evocative urban environment and the traditional Skagen houses with red tiled roofs and white edgings, and nearby you will find shops, cafés, ice-cream stalls, pubs and restaurants, which serve tasty fish courses among others.
The dune plantation Skagen Klitplantage borders on the quarter, and at the edge of the plantation you can admire the remarkable, former royal summer residence Klitgården. The beautiful building is built in traditional Skagen style and today, it functions as a haunt for artists and students.
Year round Skagen is an attractive holiday destination because of its beaches, nature, attractions, urban life and harbour environment.
