Holiday home suitable for 7 persons . The holiday home is 120 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1977. In 1995 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 75 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 7000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday

home. Access to a balcony. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place in sofa bed (single). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 gas burners, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Please note: Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The house has several floors and is not suitable for walking-impaired people. There is a steep staircase both to the first floor and outdoors to the garden.

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Ostsee sehr genossen. Allerdings mussten wir für interessante Erlebnisse die nähere Umgebung verlassen, auch der Weg zum nächsten Kaufmann ist etwas länger. Das Haus fanden wir für unsere Zwecke sehr schön, Küche, Bad alles funktionierte einwandfrei.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist absolut zutreffend. Die Lage bzw. der Ausblick ist traumhaft, ein kleiner Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte man sich dieses Haus mal genauer anschauen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, in der Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt, in üppiger Auswahl. Allerdings gibt es einen Kritikpunkt: Das Zimmer in der unteren Etage riecht doch schon sehr muffig und der Fußboden wellt sich. Hier sollte man doch mal ein wenig Geld investieren. Die angegebenen 1200qm Grundstück sind schon eine sehr großzügige Angabe. Wir würden das Haus, wären wir zu zweit und würden nur die obere Etage nutzen, definitiv wieder buchen. Die Nutzung des Schlafzimmers in der unteren Etage ist jedoch, wie wir finden, grenzwertig. Der ausgelagerte Schlafraum im Gartenschuppen war für unsere Kids ein Abenteuer, aber auch nur, wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen, in den Sommermonaten zu empfehlen. Unterm Strich ein charmantes Haus mit einer wirklich tollen Aussicht, für ein Paar, was sich erholen möchte und keinen Wert auf Luxus legt, Abseits vom Trubel, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

The cosy holiday house area between Nyborg and Svendborg is ideal for families, anglers, nature lovers and everyone else, who wish to relax in peaceful and natural surroundings. Bøsøre has a lovely bathing beach and is surrounded by the characteristic, idyllic Funen nature.
It is possible to buy groceries in the area and in the nearby town Hesselager.
