Although our local offices are open during the daytime on most days of the week, our support does not stop when the office closes. Our service centre in Aalborg is ready to take over outside normal opening hours, and in urgent situations guests can contact our 24-hour emergency helpline. Holidays should be hassle-free, and no one should be left to deal with a problem on their own while away.
