Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1967. In 2012 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer with a capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. The holiday home is situated on a 3341 m² garden site. Situated 25 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 600 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 7500 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore

the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Swing. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. At least 4 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Huset ligger helt fantastisk, men det er klogt at forberede sig på, at toilet- og badeforholdene ikke ligefrem er moderne. De trænger i høj grad til en renovering, men fungerer som sådan udmærket. Desværre skæmmes den fantastiske udsigt til havet af et træ-rækværk, som myndighederne har sat op, fordi en del af den lille vej for enden af grunden er styrtet sammen. Det er en mindre ting - men stadig en skam.

Tak for jeres kommentar til huset. I har ret I, at toiletet er ikke umiddelbar moderne, men rent og meget praktisk. Der vil blive fortaget mindre ændringer i 2020. Din kommentar mht badeværelset er formentlig en fejl, idet badeværelset blev nyindrettet for få år siden. Prøv at se på hjemmesidens fotos af badeværelse og toilet. (Det er to separate rum). Af ren sikkerhedsmæssige grunde har kommunen sat det trærækværk op, men udsigten kan man trods alt nyde. Vi håber i har haft en dejlig ferie og vi vil glæde os til en på gensyn.

Ein schönes dänisches Haus, wie man es sich wünscht. Herrlich der Blick aus Wohn- und Schlafzimmer über die weite Wiese zum Meer. Das Bad vielleicht ist etwas eigenwillig und aus der Zeit gefallen, aber sonst war alles gut. Der "Strand" vor dem Haus ist eher eine Geröllhalde und zum Baden nicht gut geeignet. Man findet aber drei Kilometer weiter südlich einen wunderschönen Sandstand. Enttäuschend war der Service des Regionalbüros: die Zählerstände waren nicht abgelesen, Müllbeutel fehlten, das Hausbuch irgendwo versteckt im Regal und die bestellten Wäschepakete nicht da. Das scheint, wie wir leider zu spät erst in einer anderen Rezensionen gelesen haben, regelmäßig vorzukommen. Blöd nur, wenn man sich darauf verlassen hat und dann nach einer langen Reise auf Handtüchern übernachten muss. Der Notfallmanager konnte um 22.30 Uhr niemanden vor Ort erreichen, weil das Handy abgeschaltet war. So auch am Sonntag darauf. Man riet uns, uns Bettwäsche zu kaufen. In Dänemark haben zum Glück große Supermärkte auf. Am Montag kam dann jemand, ohne uns vorher zu kontaktieren, mit den Wäschepaketen. Nun ja, dann war es zu spät. Immerhin zeigte sich die Zentrale kulant, stornierte die Pakete und schenkte uns eine Endreinigung. Ein paar Tipps zum Haus, die leider nicht dokumentiert waren: a) der Hausstromzähler zeigt zwei Zählernummern abwechselnd auf dem Display an. Einmal "Salg" und einmal "Kob". Der Grund: auf dem Dach ist eine Solaranlage verbaut, die überschüssigen Stroms ins Netz einspeist, also verkauft. In der Nacht dagegen wird Strom bezogen, also gekauft. In den Sommermonaten wird in der Regel mehr Strom produziert als verbraucht, dann braucht man keinen Strom zu bezahlen. b) der Wasserzähler ist nicht, wie geschrieben, an der Einfahrt, sondern befindet sich an der Nordseite auf der Wiese unter einem Plastikdeckel. c) die Straße entlang des Strands ist von der letzten Sturmflut schwer beschädigt worden. Ihr fiel auch die Holztreppe hinab zum Meer zum Opfer. Man kann aber vom Haus aus Kinderhand bis zur Kurve gehen und findet hinter einer Holzbank versteckt kleine Stufen, die zum Meer führen.

Odsherred is situated in the north-western corner of Sealand, surrounded by the inlet 'Isefjord' and the Kattegat bay 'Sejrøbugt'. The area is famous for it's special light. The holiday house area Lumsås is located in the northern part of the bay 'Sejrøbugt'. As the holiday houses of the area are rarely rented out to tourists, the area still appears 'typically Danish'. Here you will find scenic nature, a lovely beach, good leisure activities, cultural sights and excursion spots for the whole family within a short distance. It is possible to buy groceries in the area, and 9 km from Lumsås, Nykøbing Sjælland offers a number of shops, restaurants and events.
