holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet .Es war alles sehr sauber und auch gepflegt. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Bei Gelegenheiten werde ich dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Vi, bedsteforældre, børn, børnebørn og grandonkel - aldersmæssigt fra 9 - 87 år, ialt 7 personer, ankom til det dejlige sommerhus, Nørtvedvej 56 i Bratten. Vi var alle meget begejstrede for huset og omgivelserne, og som ugen gik blev vores begejstring ikke mindre. Huset er virkeligt lækkert, virker fuldstændigt nyrenoveret, og vi manglede absolut ingenting. Hvis det ikke var, fordi vi gerne vil se andre dele af Danmark, vil vi meget gerne komme igen.

Bratten is a quiet and attractive holiday destination, situated right by the Kattegat.

Bratten is a lovely and cosy holiday house area, surrounded by forest and a good bathing beach. It is possible to buy groceries in the area during the summer, and about 1 kilometre from Bratten you will find the small town Strandby with a large fishing harbour, a marina, good shopping possibilities and a vivid atmosphere.
The distances to the towns Frederikshavn and Skagen are 9 towards the south and 30 towards the north respectively.

North-eastern Jutland - a paradise for the young ones


North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life.
The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.
