You can bring along 1 pet.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 350 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 5 m² covered terrace.

Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. Huset er noget slidt og der lugter jordslået på badeværelset, som også trænger ind i det lille soveværelse. Men ellers rigtig hyggelig hus med alt hvad man har brug for og dejlig beliggenhed tæt på havet, står man tidlig op og går til havet, er der den flotteste solopgang. Og om aftenen er der det flotteste lys når solen går ned.

Det er et fint hus. Værelset med to senge er dog meget lille til to...Der er mange brætspil, men få er intakte... Der er mange bøger.. Det bærer præg af kun at blive brugt til udlejning, men et hyggelig åndehul med en solrig have. Rent og pænt... Meget af haven er ufremkommelig, hvilket er ærgerligt , da det er her der er aftensol og havkig. Vi kunne have ønsket et bålsted eller en grill til samlingssted.. Smukt og stille område med masser af store naturoplevelser lige udenfor døren.. Vi havde 14 dejlige dage i det lille hus ved Bratten

Bratten is a quiet and attractive holiday destination, situated right by the Kattegat.

Bratten is a lovely and cosy holiday house area, surrounded by forest and a good bathing beach. It is possible to buy groceries in the area during the summer, and about 1 kilometre from Bratten you will find the small town Strandby with a large fishing harbour, a marina, good shopping possibilities and a vivid atmosphere.
The distances to the towns Frederikshavn and Skagen are 9 towards the south and 30 towards the north respectively.

North-eastern Jutland - a paradise for the young ones

 

North-eastern Jutland is famous for its small cosy seaside towns with the lively harbours and the many child-friendly beaches. Here the water is shallow and the sea, the Kattegat, shows the best side of its character. Some places, the white sandy beaches are replaced by water-meadows and lagoons with a rich bird life.
The hinterland is characterized by large moors, hilly landscapes and plantations. Here you will also find many old and interesting village churches, castles, manor houses and historic monuments.
