Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. The holiday home is situated on a 1385 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 15000 m. A 85 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place

by the holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Video. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

The house is perfect, nicely situated and very well maintained. Lovely outdoor terraces and well equipped rooms. Our only recommendation would be an upgrade of the bathroom. The showerhead is broken and there is quite a strong (canal) smell around the toilet.

Trend is situated right by the Liim Fiord, surrounded by fields and forest, and with a view of the islands Livø and Fur.

A cosy holiday area with many lovely holiday homes encircles the small village of Trend. Some holiday homes are situated very close to the beach, and others are located slightly higher in the scenic forest surroundings behind the shore. In this area you can enjoy the magnificent nature, tranquility, plenty of fresh air as well as the beach with good opportunities for kite surfing. Trend has a grocery shop as well as a couple of restaurants. You can also find shopping facilities in Ranum, 5 km from Trend. Farther away you will find the towns Løgstør, Farsø and Aars.
Trend is an attractive holiday area for the active family as well as for anyone, who appreciates scenic nature as well as peace and quiet.

Here at the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture.
Experience for instance the moors of Jutland. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower.
The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.
