Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 1219 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 10 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. PLUS: +Das Haus bietet die Möglichkeit für einen ruhigen Urlaub und ist durch die komplette Einzäunung auch für Hundehalter bestens geeignet. +Gegenüber dem letzten Jahr wurde die Kochzeile erneuert und ein neuer, sehr gut funktionierender Herd eingebaut. +Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. MINUS: -Leider war das gesamte Geschirr, nahezu alle Gläser sowie die meisten Bestecke so schlecht gereinigt, das Essensreste daran hingen. Daher mußte jedes Teil vor der ersten Benutzung durch uns gründlich gereinigt werden. Auch auf und unter den Schränken und Kommoden, sowie hinter darauf abgestellten Radios, etc. waren Staub und der Dreck der Vormieter zu finden. Dieses Haus als ENDGEREINIGT dem Kunden zu übergeben, ist angesichts einer kassierten Endreinigungsprämie von 129,00 € (incl. Hundezuschlag) eine Frechheit. -Bei der Endabrechnung der Verbrauchswerte wird vom Vermieter großzügig zum Nachteil des Mieters aufgerundet. Bei uns wurden fast 20% beim Wasserverbrauch aufgeschlagen. FAZIT: Die oben genannten Punkte habe ich bei meiner Bewertung für das HAUS und PREIS-LEISTUNGS-VERHÄLTNIS einfließen lassen. Der Service durch SONNE UND STRAND vor Ort war überaus gut und verdient die 5 Sterne!

Wir, Mensch wie Hund, haben uns vom ersten Tag in dem schönen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir nur zwei Erwachsene waren, reichte auch der Stauraum für uns vollkommen aus. Vermutlich würde das bei mehr Personen schwierig sein. Liegt aber vielleicht auch daran, dass wir eh immer mit zu viel Gepäck reisen. ;) Das Grundstück und der Weitblick vom Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. In Rudkøbing bekommt man alles, was man braucht und gerade für uns war der Aldi ein großer Vorteil. Denn wir waren ohne dänische Kronen gereist und hatten beim Bankautomaten auf der Insel mit unserer Karte Probleme. Doch man kann fast überall auch mit Euros bezahlen.....und beim Aldi wird an der Kasse dafür noch nicht mal etwas extra berechnet. Per Smartphone wird nach dem aktuellen Kurs geschaut und man bekommt das Wechselgeld in Kronen.

Spodsbjerg is an old and evocative fishing town on the eastern coast of Langeland.

The cosy holiday house area by Spodsbjerg is situated in a scenic area, which is very suitable for families. Spodsbjerg has a small idyllic fishing harbour, a marina as well as a ferry port with a service to Lolland.
It is possible to visit a restaurant and buy groceries in Spodsbjerg, and just 9 km from here Rudkøbing, the 'capital' of Langeland, offers good shopping possibilities and many leisure activities.
