Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 2013. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double

bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels.

Please note: The apartment is located above a grocery store (Netto). Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Lejligheden ligger perfekt i forhold til området. Lækker og lys. Tagterrassen er fantastisk. Eneste som vil trække ned i bedømmelsen er at der kommer mange store lastbiler rundt om hjørnerne ved huset, til Netto der ligger under lejligheden samt de nærliggende butikker. Det giver selvfølgelig en del støj. Men ikke værre end at vi sagtens kan bo der igen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mitten in der Stadt, direkt über einem Supermarkt gelegen. Die Fußgängerzone sowie drei weitere Supermärkte befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Die zentrale Lage bringt es mit sich, dass ein gewisser Lärm durch die Anlieferung von Waren für die Supermärkte entsteht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, war ausreichend groß, das Schlafsofa war sehr bequem. Die Wohnung hat WLAN, keine deutschen Fernsehsender, aber einen DVD-Spieler.

Lejligheden ligger ovenpå varemodtagelsen til Netto. Netto modtager mange varer som læsses af og med pallevogn køres ind under lejligheden og det støjer meget. I sommerperioden har Netto døgnåbent og modtager varer døgnet rundt. Der er lastbiler der læsser af på forskellige tidspunkter hele natten. Det anbefales at sove med lukkede vinduer og ørepropper for ikke blive forstyrret af det hele tiden.

Super beliggenhed og stand, hvis man sover let kan ørepropper være værd at have i tasken, da der forekommer nogen støj ved varelevering til underliggende Netto.

Flotte lejlighed i by centrum. Men der er 4 supermarkeder i område som giver en dele lastbil støj fra kl. 06. Lejlighed er over Netto butik, der er støj nogen gang kl. 04:00.

Rudkøbing offers a cosy town centre, two evocative harbours, a lovely beach and sights for everyone.

Rudkøbing - the 'capital' of Langeland and the hometown of the scientist H.C. Ørsted - is situated on the western shore of the island, and with the marina 'Rudkøbing Skudehavn' as well as the traffic harbour 'Rudkøbing Trafikhavn' it is also the harbour town of the island.
The 700 years old, very charming market town has preserved many of its original, beautiful houses and merchant's houses. In the old quarter you can experience squares and idyllic, small streets with uneven cobbled stones. Furthermore, the town contains an old town mill, a water tower, from which you can enjoy the view over the town, more interesting museums, galleries, potteries, restaurants and good shopping opportunities. Here you can make use of the towns cultural and active offers or merely just enjoy the cosy atmosphere in the large marina, where sailing boats, motorboats and fishing boats lie side by side.
