Holiday home suitable for 7 persons . The holiday home is 130 m² and is build in 1961. In 2001 the holiday home was fully renovated. You can bring along 2 pets.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 16 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 8500 m² natural site. Situated 2700 m from the sea. Situated 800 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 2300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2500 m. A 55 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. An extra refrigerator with a freezing-compartment is available in the utility room. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The holiday home contains 2 TVs.1 DVD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen, nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, sondern nach einer längeren Kies-Zufahrt erreichbar. Wenn man nachts die Fenster geöffnet hat , ist es bis zum Beginn des Fähr-und Berufsverkehrs totenstill. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, der Backofen ist ohne Bedienungsanleitung kaum zu meistern. Ich habe es tatsächlich ohne geschafft :-) Die Sauberkeit beim Einzug war top. Zur Begrüßung gab es Kaffeepulver und eine Packung Kekse (lecker ) Auch der Austausch einer defekten Kaffeemaschine geschah innerhalb von 2 Tagen. Ebenfalls wurde ein Austausch-Staubsauger gebracht. Das Mobiliar ist alt und Geschmackssache, jedoch gepflegt. Gartenmöbel und Auflagen sind vorhanden, sodass zu allen Tageszeiten die Terassen genutzt werden können. Was hier auch schon erwähnt wurde , ist der enorm hohe Verbrauch an Strom: Wir haben kaum gekocht (immer essen gegangen), den Backofen nur 4 x genutzt und 2 x staubgesaugt. Die Heizungen hatten wir, bis auf die Wärmepumpe (nicht mal den ganzen Tag) aus. Was unverständlich war, dass im Hauswirtschaftsraum bei Ankunft die Gefriertruhe ! und ein weiterer Kühlschrank angeschaltet war. Da wir keine Angler sind , war das ja nett gemeint, aber auch hierdurch völlig unnötiger Stromverbrauch ( wir kamen erst einen Tag später an). Zum Glück haben wir das aber bemerkt und direkt alles ausgestellt. Die Abrechnung dürfte bei 13 Tagen bei über 100 Euro liegen. (kommt noch) Das Nebenhaus haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir nur zu zweit waren.

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Es hat ein riesiges Grundstück, welches sogar sehr großflächig frei nutzbar war (gemähter Rasen) und nicht nur aus „Naturgrundstück“ bestand. Herrlich. Und es liegt perfekt, kein direkter Nachbar weit und breit, absolute Ruhe. So stellen wir uns Urlaub vor. Das Haus ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, einige Fenster haben Fliegengitter, sodass auch im Sommer gut gelüftet werden kann, ohne dass zig Insekten reinkommen. Und es hat eine Klimaanlage, was bei hohen Temperaturen sehr sehr nützlich war. Der Weg bis zum Südstrand ist nicht weit und man erlebt sicher einen der schönsten Strände die es gibt. Die gesamte Umgebung ist wunderschön zum Spazierengehen und es gibt einige Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Nationalmuseum Kommanogarden, kleinste Schule Dänemarks etc. Wir und unsere Hunde machen seit über 11 Jahren zwei mal jährlich Urlaub in Dänemark und können nur gutes berichten. Gleiches gilt für die gesamte Abwicklung über Römö Holidays.

Ein schönes ruhiges Haus in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.Ausstattung ebenso. Der Wintergarten bedarf einer Dachinspektion,da es bei Regen hineintropft.Ansonsten kann man hier einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Die Außenanlage wird sehr gut gepflegt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Vesterhede - holiday homes with thatched roofs on Rømø

Vesterhede is a small holiday house area, situated by the plantation 'Vråby Plantage' on the southern part of Rømø, about 1 km behind the shore. Forest, dunes and moor areas surround the holiday area Vesterhede. Solely gravel roads lead through the cosy and scenic area and almost all of the houses have thatched roofs.
The area has a rich animal life and invites stays in the nature. You will also find many leisure activities, more restaurants and good shopping possibilities nearby.
3 km from here, Havneby offers a cosy harbour area and a quite unique and peaceful island harbour atmosphere.
Rømø is connected with the mainland through a 10 km long dam. The lovely nature, the long wide and sandy beach, the Jutland Wadden Sea, the North Sea, the fresh sea breeze, the rich wildlife, the many birds, the well-preserved Rømø-farms and the cosy atmosphere makes Rømø an interesting holiday destination.

Western Jutland - the Danish esplanade

 

The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland.
If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south.
By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.
