The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer with a capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1800 m away. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 35 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Carport is at your disposal. All together there

are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation. You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Wir haben das Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern bewohnt. Die Schlafzimmer selbst sind klein, aber ausreichend. Der Platz in den Kleiderschränken genügt. Die 2 Bäder mit je einem WC sind funktionell ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner wurden auch von uns genutzt. Es gibt einen (leicht defekten) Wäscheständer mit vielen Klammern. Wie haben zusätzlich eine Leine auf der Terrasse gespannt, weil das Trocknen der Strandtücher und Badesachen bei 8 Personen die Kapazität des Ständers schnell übersteigt. Die Küche ist sensationell ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Selbst ein Handrührgerät ist in den Schubladen verstaut. Das Wohnzimmer ist zweckmäßig, aber wie schon andere Urlauber beschreiben, ist die Couch unbequem für längere Abende und die Beleuchtung völlig unzureichend. Im Sommer mag es gehen, da war es lange hell draußen. In den „dunklen“ Monaten mag ich mir das nicht vorstellen. Das WLAN Netz war sehr gut. Durch die beiden Terrassen hat man stets die Möglichkeit im Schatten / Sonne / trocken zu sitzen. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Angebot der Spielmöglichkeiten, insbesondere das riesige Trampolin hat unsere Kinder total begeistert. Zur Außenanlage möchte ich explizit darauf aufmerksam machen, dass es tatsächlich ein Naturgrundstück ist. Während sämtliche Liegenschaften in der Nachbarschaft gemähte Flächen haben, ist dieses Grundstück komplett ungemäht. Die wilden Gräser wachsen wie und wohin sie wollen. Die Wege zu den Spielgeräten sind gekürzt oder flach getrampelt. Fußballspielen waren trotz des großen Grundstücks nicht möglich. Auch die Nachfrage von uns bei der Ferienhausvermittlung führte zu keinem Ergebnis, weil der Eigentümer auf die Natürlichkeit besteht. Auch im Gästebuch vor Ort, wünschen sich viele Urlauber eine gepflegtere Außenanlage. Schade. Ein weiteres Problem war die Sauberkeit. Bei Anreise war noch der benutzte Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine, die Schubladen, in die wir unsere Lebensmittel einräumen wollten, waren schmutzig, auf dem Wasserkocher war klebriger Staub, Sand auf dem Boden, viele Staubflocken unter den Betten und in allen Ecken. Auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme mit der Ferienhausvermittlung bot man uns am Montag eine Reinigung an, welche wir dann ablehnten. Wir hatten selbst zwischenzeitlich geputzt und uns im Ferienhaus eingerichtet. Das Müllsystem in Dänemark haben wir bis zur Abreise nicht ganz verstanden. Es gibt aber in der näheren Umgebung mehrere Müllcontainer. Sauna, Kamin und Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder mieten. Zur Lage: es ist sehr nah am Strand, sodass wir beim Spaziergang schnell am Strand waren, um die unendliche Weite des Strandes genießen zu können: Ein traumhafter Strand mit herrlichem feinen Sand und vielen Muscheln. Windfang oder Strandmuschel sind von großem Nutzen.

Langdal - holiday homes by an unspoiled nature area on Rømø

Langdal on the southern part of Rømø is a cosy holiday area, which contains houses with thatched roofs. Langdal is situated right by the scenic plantation 'Vråby Plantage', and close to a lovely beach. Towards south the nature is characterized by trees, moor, dunes and heather, and before you reach the dike and the beach, the gravel road leads you through areas Sønderstrand and Landsende. The area appears very untouched because of the thick nature and the rich animal life in the plantation. You will find many leisure activities, more restaurants and good shopping possibilities close to Langdal.
In Havneby, 3 km from Langdal, you will experience a cosy harbour area with a quite unique and peaceful island harbour atmosphere.
The lovely nature, the long wide and sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, the North Sea, the fresh sea breeze, the rich wildlife, the many birds, the well-preserved Rømø-farms and the cosy atmosphere makes Rømø an interesting holiday destination.

Western Jutland - the Danish esplanade

 

The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland.
If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south.
By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.
