Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. Situated 1000 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 10 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there

are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Fazit: nicht nochmal, besonders bzgl. Sol og Stand; positiv: + Holzverkleidung + Fenster dicht + stabiles Internet + netter Haustechniker + Garten + gratis Kaminholz + ruhige Umgebung negativ: - katastrophaler Service und keinerlei Servicebewusstsein seitens Vermittlerin von Sol og Stand (wollten "umbuchen" keinerlei Möglichkeit, trotz freier Ressourcen) - Kamin undicht(!!!; ca, 1-2cm Spalt trotz geschl. Kamintür, Rauch zog ins Haus) - winzige(!!!) Dusche, keinerlei Abhilfe via Sol og Stand, haben Wäscheklammern an Vorhang angebracht, Stuhl davor gestellt und diesen darüber gehangen, da anders duschen unmöglich ist (bei regelrechten Körpermaßen!) - völlig durchgelegene Matratzen, Topper von Haustechniker erhalten, dennoch katastrophal (Metallfedern stark gespürt) - beschmutztes Geschirr bei Ankunft - keine Fliegen/Insektengitter - leider kein eingezäuntes Grundstück

Das Haus ist am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig gelegen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Das nahe Wattenmeer lädt zu stundenlangen Spaziergängen mit und ohne Hund ein. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Bei Problemen hilft der nette Vermieter sofort. Römö erreicht man mit dem Auto in gut 15 Minuten. Auch die Altstadt von Ribe nebst dem Vikingerdorf und dem Put and Take See Storkesoen ist zu empfehlen.

The marsh village Ballum is situated right at the wonderful nature of the Jutland Wadden Sea, between the towns Tønder and Ribe.

The area around Ballum, in the south-western corner of southern Jutland, is a rough, but also lush and unique landscape - an ideal holiday resort for the bird fancier, the anglers and the nature lover. The area is quiet and situated close to both sights and the dam that leads to the island Rømø in the Jutland Wadden Sea. Ballum consists of 7 small and cosy villages, and here you will find shops with groceries and a few restaurants.

Western Jutland - the Danish esplanade

 

The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland.
If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south.
By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.
