Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 94 m² and is build in 1954. In 2014 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 600 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12

m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Please note: Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Das Dritte mal Juelsminde und das schlechteste Haus. Insgesamt für den Preis zu teuer – nicht empfehlenswert! Ein deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes, abgewohntes, muffiges und ungepflegtes Haus. Teppichböden verbraucht und schmutzig. Diverser Renovierungsstau mit defekten Fensterbeschlägen, kaputten Fensterdichtungen, kaputten Steckdosen, Lampen und Schaltern, Müll im Garten und Schuppen, insgesamt unaufgeräumt, viel sinnloser Kram in Schubläden verstaut. Räume bis auf den Wohn-Essbereich sehr klein, Schlafzimmer mit verbrauchten Möbeln zugestellt, Flur zugestellt. Große Menschen können in der Dusche nicht stehen. Gartengrill völlig verdreckt – nicht nutzbar. Ebenfalls nicht schön: Der Hauseingang führt (sehr skurril) durch den (zugestellten) Hauswirtschaftsraum. Das Haus wird wohl durchgehend vermietet. Die Pflege beschränkt sich auf notdürftige, unfachmännische Reparaturen und dem Zupinseln der Fensterrahmen mit Farbe von außen. Die Begrüßungs- und Info-Mappe des Hauses fehlte, samt den Unterlagen zu den Zählerständen. Sonne und Strand war am Samstag im Service-Büro nicht erreichbar: Entweder es hat niemand abgenommen oder es war dauerhaft besetzt. Es war wohl zu viel zu tun. Am Sonntag auch niemanden erreicht – da hatten wir aber schon geputzt und die Spülmaschine 3x laufen lassen. Negativ: Noch nie ein so schlecht gereinigtes Haus bekommen: Küchen- und Essgeschirr komplett verdreckt, Besteck schmutzig, Gläser dreckig, Dunstabzugshaube triefte vor Öl, Fußböden schmutzig. Lage: Die Lage direkt an einer Weggabelung auf einem Hügel ist nicht so gut. Der Hügel ist sehr eng bebaut. Die Autos fahren sehr dicht (circa 1 Meter) am Haus vorbei und sind häufig zu schnell. Knapp 40 weitere Häuser liegen an den beiden Wegen: Es kommt daher 2x täglich (abends u. morgens) zu erhöhtem Autoverkehr der Pendler und Urlauber. Da die dänischen Anwohner meist 2 Autos haben, fahren somit um die 60-70 Autos (+ Handwerker, +Lieferdienste, +Besucher) jeden Tag an den Hecken vorbei. Aufgrund der Hanglage hat einer der beiden Wege eine deutliche Steigung, die dann dazu führt, dass die Autofahrer direkt neben dem Garten extra Gas geben müssen, um den Weg hoch zu kommen. Zudem staubt es ziemlich stark - die Wege sind unbefestigt. Positiv: Gute Küchengeräte (bis auf die bei unserer Ankunft verstopfte Spülmaschine – haben wir selbst gereinigt), gute Waschmaschine, guter Trockner. Internet gut und schnell. Fernsehen haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Schöne Terrasse mit wundervollem Meerblick. Schaukel und Sandkasten für die Kinder, Garten ok. Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer ausreichend groß. Kurzer Weg zu einem schönen Strand.

Fin beliggenhet, skjermet uteområde, deilig uteplass, romslig hage. Huset er ikke nytt, og ikke godt vedlikeholdt. Kunne vært ryddigere. Vi har kost oss. Varmepumpe og hvitevarer er bra. Butikk med godt utvalg i gangavstand. Fin badestand.

The holiday house area of Sønderby is situated in an undisturbed and cosy area in the cove 'As Vig' by the Kattegat. Forest, hills, moors, meadows, grain fields and beach characterize the nature, surrounding Sønderby. Sønderby is a quiet area and appeals to those, who are in search of peace and lovely nature during their holiday. If it gets to quiet, a number of leisure activities and sights are available near Sønderby.

South-eastern Jutland - the historic part of Denmark

 

The south-eastern stretch of coast is a true Eldorado for both children and adults. All kinds of beach and water-sport activities are practised here. The many sandy beaches are very child-friendly because of the shallow and calm water.
Behind the coast the landscape is characterized by woods, preserved plantation landscapes, lakes and streams. The 'mountain' Himmelbjerget by the lakes of Silkeborg provides you with Denmark's highest view. Here you can enjoy the beautiful nature from a canoe or from one of the many boats that sail in the area. Skamlingsbanken by Binderup is a scenic nature area, and with its 113 metres above sea level also the highest point in south eastern Jutland.
Als is absolutely worth visiting too. Als is regarded as one of Denmark's most beautiful and green islands.
