Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 76 m² and is build in 1977. In 1996 the holiday home was fully renovated. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer with a capacity of 90 litres. However, it is placed in the shed. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. The holiday home is situated on a 1544 m² natural site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6000 m. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace.

You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. The holiday home contains 1 TV.At least 1 TV is equipped with 3D functions. Stereo set. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Please note: Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged. The site ends in a steep slope towards the beach. You have access to the beach by a steep staircase. However, you can also reach the beach by walking along a road and a path, app. 500 metres. It is not possible to access the house with very large cars, camper vans or caravans.

Huser var ikke pengene værd. Slidt badeværelse. Døren til badeværelse Var meget svær at åbne indefra. Stien ned til vandet var ikke ryddet, lange brændenælder og stikkende grene stak ud. Udsigten var skøn.

Hej Jannie, ærgerligt at I ikke var tilfreds med det lejede sommerhus. Jeg vil informere dig om, at vindueskarmen er malet igen og toiletrulleholderen er repareret. Døren til badeværelset er ligeledes funktionel igen. Angående stien til vandet, så bliver den passet ca. hver 14 dag. Stien er nu gjort bredere og er ryddet igen. Vi vil dog gøre dig opmærksom på, at det er en naturgrund og ikke en velafpudset have, gæsterne kommer til. Vi håber I trodsalt har haft en god ferie.

Eine unglaublich schöne Lage. Herrliche Sonnenauf- und -untergänge. Ruhe und Erholung pur. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die Einrichtung ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Lumsås offers light, culture and beautiful nature experiences in the lovely area 'Odsherred'.

Odsherred is situated in the north-western corner of Sealand, surrounded by the inlet 'Isefjord' and the Kattegat bay 'Sejrøbugt'. The area is famous for it's special light. The holiday house area Lumsås is located in the northern part of the bay 'Sejrøbugt'. As the holiday houses of the area are rarely rented out to tourists, the area still appears 'typically Danish'. Here you will find scenic nature, a lovely beach, good leisure activities, cultural sights and excursion spots for the whole family within a short distance. It is possible to buy groceries in the area, and 9 km from Lumsås, Nykøbing Sjælland offers a number of shops, restaurants and events.
