Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 225 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1942. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer with a capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. The holiday home is situated on a 661 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 150 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Sandbox. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home. You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool.

The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 7 m long and it is up to 1,5 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation. The holiday home contains 3 TVs. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Der Wohn und Essraum war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer waren alle sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Kinder hatten im Sourterrain wo auch zwei Schlafzimmer waren einen eigenen Aufenthaltsraum mit Fernseher. Der große Poolbereich mit großer Sauna war super. Wir voll zufrieden mit allem und würde wiederkommen.

Huset er romslig, men de to soverommene i underetasjen har ikke rømningsvei, kun bitte små vinduer som ligger i flukt med bakke. Så all verdens insekter kan krype rett inn. Huset var godt møblert og utrustet. Vi var fem voksne som skulle bo her, og vi fikk en (1) nøkkel, vi ba om flere, men sologstrand sa vi burde finne et godt sted å gjemme den i stedet for. Vi hadde leid med sengeklær, og de ankom boligen klokken 22 om kvelden, så det var godt vi ikke hadde små barn med. Men det lukter fukt og mugg i hele huset, der kom også en bølge av kloakk lukt i underetasjen flere ganger. Gangen mellom huset og svømmebassenget var fult av maur, små maur, store maur og flygemaur. Vi oppdaget dette umiddelbart og varslet sol og strand. Først Søndagen kom de og sprøytet med noe tykk gift som skulle ligge flere dager. Så da fikk vi en gang full av døde maur og lukt. Svømmebassenget kunne vi altså ikke bruke. Og utgangen til Hagen ble sperret. Der var en annen mulighet p komme seg til Hagen, via et soverom og ned en bratt trapp. Dette har vi reklamert på, men sologstrand avviser reklamasjonen Og sier vi burde kontakte huseier. Uteområdet var så gjengroddd og nedstøvet at det var ubrukelig. Her var ingen kost eller spyleslange så vi kunne fått rengjort med. Her har også sologstrand avvist vår henvendelse, og fortalt oss at uteområdet ikke er sologstrand sitt ansvar, og vi burde ta kontakt med huseier. Huset er ikke verd prisen, da hage og svømmebasseng viser seg å være utenom avtalen- og feil her er huseiers ansvar, ikke Sologstrand. For de som ønsker et romslig hus med hyggelig hage, så er dette ikke riktig hus. Synd for beliggenheten er god, men fukten, stanken, maurene og den ubrukelige Hagen, og ikke minst sologstrand sin meget arrogante vilje til å rydde opp, gjør ar vi fraråder folk å leie dette huset etter den beskrivelsen og prisen som det annonseres med.

Das Haus entsprach nicht nur, sondern übertraf noch unsere Erwartungen. Hausspezifische Informationen, wo z.B. wir den Technikraum mit den abzulesenden Uhren finden, wären allerdings schön gewesen.

Huset er ikke vært den høye leieprisen. Det er mye fukt i kjelleren, sengetøyet, klær etc. Ble fuktig og rått. Vi oppdaget det vi mener er mugg bak klesskap i kjelleren. Dette nekter sol og strand for at det kan være. Vi måtte flytte ut da ett av våre barn som er astmatisk fikk pusteproblemer av å oppholde seg i huset. Vi leide en annen bolig av ett annet utleiefirma da dette skjedde utenfor sol og strand sin åpningstid og vi måtte flytte ut på kvelden. Håpet på forståelse fra sol og strand og en refusjon av leien fra de. Men de viser ingen forståelse og viser til regelverket og mener vi ikke ga de sjangs til å rette opp. Noe som uansett ikke er gjort over natten når det er snakk om fukt og mugg..... Styr unna dette huset og Sol og Strand!!! Elendig kundebehandling! Huset var forøvrig dårlig rengjort bla. i bassengområdet, dette ga vi beskjed om med en gang etter ankomst, men ingen dukket opp for å rengjøre selv etter at vi purret dette opp morgenen etter!!!

Kære feriegæster Det er meget beklageligt, at I valgte at afbryde jeres ferie pga. fugt i et værelse i kælderen på feriens 4. dag. Efter jeres afrejse foretog vores medarbejder skimmeltests og testen var entydig negativ, så der var ikke skimmelsvamp i kælderværelset. Vores medarbejder sørgede for at fjerne de opståede fugtpletter med et desinficeringsmiddel, og efterfølgende påførte han et forseglingsmiddel de steder, hvor der havde været fugtpletter. Ingen andre lejere har klaget over fugtgener i huset – hverken før eller efter jeres lejemål. Derfor må vi desværre afvise, at der var tale om en berettiget flyttegrund fra jeres side. Vi er af den overbevisning, at I godt kunne være blevet i huset, såfremt I havde givet os mulighed for at afhjælpe problemet. Fugten blev fjernet hurtigt og effektivt og tilmed permanent. Jeres barn, som er astmatiker, havde mulighed for at sove i et af værelserne i stueplan. Med venlig hilsen jeres Sol og Strand team

Swimmingpool +

The dimensions of the swimming pool are 7 x 3,5 x 1,5 metres. Length x width x depth are measured on the widest, longest and deepest place.

When you collect your key you will receive a special brochure regarding your stay in a holiday home with swimming pool.

To enjoy a successful holiday you have to observe a few simple bathing rules, which are mentioned in the holiday home.

It costs energy to heat up large quantities of water. You can reduce the energy consumption by drawing the thermal cover over the swimming pool. By doing that you will reduce both the energy consumption and the evaporation in the pool area.

The water temperature of an indoor swimming pool typically varies between 24-28° C.


Control

All houses with swimming pool or pre-filled whirlpool will be visited by one of the specially trained service workers of Sol og Strand - at least once a week. The visit is free of charge.

The Environmental and Mulcipal Food Control Unit in Denmark educate our service workers and they have all received a diploma of swimmingpool technique and water quality. This is your guarantee for an accurate control with private swimming pools and whirlpools when you rent a holiday home with Sol og Strand. But still you cannot compare the swimming pools and whirlpools of a holiday home with common swimming baths.

The control visit could have been carried out just before your arrival - or perhaps it will take place during your stay.

During the control visit the chlorine and pH value will be analyzed, controlled and perhaps adjusted. Simultaneously the temperature and clearness of the water is controlled and the technique is tested.

Water quality

The water quality of the swimming pools and pre-filled whirlpools in holiday homes is superb. Therefore, it is important that you observe a few simple bathing rules that are available in the holiday home.

In order to give you the optimum water quality, the number of persons must correspond to the number of persons, which was stated by the booking. This is decisive in order for the service worker to dose the suitable amount of chlorine. The more persons, who use the swimming pool, the faster the chlorine is used. The chlorine value is adjusted individually in relation to your holiday.
