Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 77 m² and is build in 1974. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer with a capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. The holiday home is situated on a 1250 m² natural site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6000 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday

home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Please note: Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged. The sofa bed measures only 130x200 cm and the bunk bed 70x200 cm (see floorplan).

Et ok hus, dog meget små værelser. Det ene med sovesofa - 3/4 størrelse beregnet til 2 personer?? Køkken med meget sparsomt udstyr. Mikrobølgeovn defekt, meget gammel ovn. En del museekskrementer i skuffer og skabe. Fint badeværelse med varme i gulvet. Dejlig stor terrasse med fine havemøbler mod sydvest.

Wir reisten mit 3 Kindern (16,13,10) und Hund. Das Haus machte beim Buchen einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Spülmaschine und Herd sind top.Es ist für 6 Personen ausgewiesen- unglaublich! Das Stockbett ekelig dreckig und für unsre Kinder zu kurz- außerdem keine Kleiderschränke vorhanden. Schlafcouch voller Haare und ebenfalls zu klein für 2 Pers.. Hauptschlafzimmer: Bett feucht!!! Man liegt wie in einer feuchten Kuhle. Das Bettzeug ebenfalls grenzwertig bis ekelig. Bad an sich ok, aber auch nur, weil es in diesem Jahr wohl saniert wurde. Furchtbarer Gestank aus den Abflüssen- erst in der Küche, dann, nach Leerung der Grube, im Bad, dessen Fenster sich nicht öffnen ließ (trotz Wasser laufen lassen). Unter dem Sofa lag ein Unterhemd eines Vormieters (Endreinigung?). Der Sauger ist ein Witz, wenn man bedenkt, dass Hunde erlaubt sind. Auch wenn wir aufgrund der Baustelle nebenan einen Rabatt erhielten, können wir das Haus nicht weiter empfehlen. Es ist max. für 2-4 Personen geeignet-Betten MÜSSEN dringend erneuert werden. Auch wenn die Einrichtung oberflächlich gemütlich anmutet, so kann man sich leider nicht wirklich wohl fühlen. Wir fahren über 40 Jahre nach DK und haben schon viel bewohnt, aber dieses Haus MUSS dringend renoviert werden. Der Sessel ist mit einem Fell bedeckt- man hat Angst, es springt einem entgegen-, darunter ist die Armlehne kaputt. Die Terrasse ist toll, leider nicht windgeschützt und nun wegen dem Neubau nebenan viel zu eng am Nachbarhaus. Die Besitzer des Neubaus nutzen dieselbe Einfahrt u. fahren somit direkt am Fenster vorbei und lassen ihren Hund frei laufen, der dann "sein" Grundstück bewacht- auch nicht toll. Keine wirkliche Privatsphäre mehr, wodurch der Charme mit der verglasten Front verloren geht. Es könnte ein nettes Haus sein, würde man ordentliche Möbel hinein stellen und die Feuchtigkeit beseitigen. Wir haben normalerweise mit Sonne und Strand in anderen Gebieten gute Erfahrungen gemacht- daher sind wir in diesem Fall auch enttäuscht.

Liebe Feriengäste Leider haben Sie uns über die mangelnde Reinigung des Hauses während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht informiert, sonst hätten wir Ihnen hier sehr gerne geholfen, indem wir unser Reinigungspersonal zur Nachreinigung ins Haus geschickt hätten. Die Grösse der Betten können Sie bei vielen Häusern auf dem Grundplan sehen, wir haben hier nun auf Ihre Anregung hin unsere Hausbeschreibung ergänzt. Das das Haus feucht ist, ist uns weder von Kunden mitgeteilt worden noch hat der Hauseigentümer dies jemals bemerkt. Das Nachbarhaus ist neu gebaut in 2019, die Bilder auf unserer Internetseite sind aktualisiert, damit die Kunden dies bei der Buchung sehen, jedes Haus hat allerdings seine eigene Einfahrt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Trotz der aktuellen Baustelle nebenan, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden. Unsere Kinder haben sich besonders über die Spiele und das kleine Häuschen im Garten gefreut. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wenn man sich die steile Treppe zum Strand hinunter getraut hat, kann man dort auch lange Spaziergänge machen (Achtung, ungewöhnlich viele Glasscherben). Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern war das Haus etwas zu klein, ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Spend your vacation in tranquil surroundings in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea.

Nr. Lyngby is a small and peaceful town, which is located in a serene and scenic area - right between the 2 holiday resorts Løkken and Lønstrup. The characteristic features of the town are the steep slopes by the sea, which are between 30 and 40 metres high. Each year 3-4 metres of the high hillsides disappear into the sea, and throughout the years, more holiday homes have fallen into the sea as well.
As the steep slopes diminish, bunkers from World War II emerge. Because of the high cliffs Nr. Lyngby is a popular spot for paragliders.
This area has it all: the rough North Sea, gentle nature as well as peace and quiet, but at the same time larger holiday resorts, leisure activities, amusements and sights for the whole family are located nearby.
