Das Haus befindet sich in hervorragender Lage und obgleich man eigentlich mitten in einer Siedlung wohnt, hat man durch die Anlage des Grundstücks absolute Ruhe. Zum Meer ist es eine Minute und man kann direkt vor der Haustür baden und am Strand sein. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, der unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas beeinträchtigt hat, war die benachbarte Riesenbaustelle am "Holländerhaus". Tatsächlich war rege Bautätigkeit unter der Woche zu spüren, natürlich waren wir aber nur selten daheim, bei der schönen Gegend :-) ... Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn uns im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthaltes, dieser Sachverhalt mitgeteilt oder zumindest im Nachhinein für diese Umstände eine gewisse Preisreduktion angeboten worden wäre. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, daß wir die einzigen Feriengäste dieses Jahr waren, denen diese Baustelle direkt neben dem Ferienhaus ein Dorn im Auge gewesen war... In der kommenden Saison 2022 müßte das "Holländerhaus" dann aber wieder hergestellt sein, so daß der Aufenthalt in dem Haus dann sicher ein noch größerer Genuß ist.
