Gl. Skagen by Denmark's northernmost point is the soul of nature, sea, dunes, charm, atmosphere and history.

Gl. Skagen is a charming and exclusive quarter, located just south of the market town Skagen. The area is characterized by yellow Skagen houses with red tiled roofs and white edgings, traditional seaside hotels, inviting cafés and restaurants, which serve fresh fish courses, as well as a lovely beach with dunes and the famous sunset bench. Furthermore, you will find a jewel workshop and a gallery in this area.
Gl. Skagen is a quiet and scenic part of town with a charm of its own, which invites comfort, relaxation and absorption.
In the centre of Skagen you can enjoy the atmosphere in the vivid fishing harbour and marina with the famous red fish storehouses, shop in the cosy pedestrian street, visit the many sights and discover what inspired the famous Skagen painters.
