The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. There is moreover a fireplace. The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. Situated 30 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 16000 m. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Access to a balcony. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar: man ist direkt am Wasser und kann am Küstenwanderweg zu Fuß nach Svaneke spazieren. Alle anderen Orte der Insel sind durch die mittige Lage des Hauses auch gut zu erreichen. Das Haus an sich hat eine Renovierung nötig (Flecke an den Wänden und Jalousien; Tasten des Kochfeldes teilweise nicht funktionstüchtig; Wasserschaden unter Fenster nur notdürftig repariert; Balkontür und Saunatür schliesst nicht richtig). Wen das nicht stört, der findet ein tolles, helles Haus vor, in dem man eigentlich alles für einen schönen Urlaub hat.

Bornholm kan altid anbefales som ferieø, og dette sommerhus ligger perfekt ud til vand, klipper og skov. Dog er lever standarden på huset slet ikke op til den kategorisering på 5 * som Sol & Strand angiver. Som der står i andre anmeldelser, så fremstår huset meget slidt og forsømt. Rengøringen lader også meget tilbage at ønske. Der er (gamle) spindelvæv i hjørner, og tilkalkede brusevægge, virkeligt ulækre rulle- og lamelgardiner, beskidte kogeplader og en grill der ikke var rengjort og fremstod med madrester fra forrige lejere. Sol & Strand kan ikke være den standard på hverken hus eller rengøring bekendt. Vi har tidligere haft gode oplevelser med leje gennem Sol & Strand, men denne oplevelser trækker desværre væsentligt ned. Yderligere vender Sol & Stand ikke tilbage på mailhenvendelser.

Fantastisk smukt område. Dejligt med morgendukkert i Listed havn. Hus og inventar virkede slidt og lidt træt.

Et dejligt hus, der dog trænger til vedligehold både ude og inde. Ligeledes trænger haven også til vedligeholdelse.

Dejlig ferie med familien, men huset er utrolig slidt og fremstår nusset/beskidt. Alle vægge og brugsområder trænger til maling og opdatering, da det enten er med masser af pletter/ridser/afslag eller er delvis ødelagt. Huset har den skønneste beliggenhed og naturen omkring er fantastisk. Ved ankomst var huset dog beskidt med støv, edderkoppespind, ubeskrivelig beskidte gardiner osv. på trods af, at vi jo skulle ankomme til et rent hus. Vær opmærksom på, at der kun er begrænset bøgle skabsplads til tøj og INGEN hylder eller skuffer noget sted i huset.

Tak for tilbagemeldingen om dette fine hus, der bare ligger så godt placeret nær havet og Listed. Vi arbejder hele tiden med det løbende vedligehold og også rengøring. Begge dele skal være i orden også selvom edderkopperne gerne laver deres spind højt oppe - som i dette hus, hvor man virkelig skal op på tæerne for at nå helt op for at forstyrre edderkopperne. Vi vil anbefale ejer en lamelgardinvask - lige som vi har indkøbt en telsskopstang, så vi kan forstyrre edderkopperne øverst oppe. Under gennemgang af vores fotos af husets rengøringsstand ved afleveringen ses tydeligt, at huset fremstår rent og pænt på alle flader - vores rengøringsmand har gjort et godt arbejde - men det er jo altid en smagssag.

The idyllic Svaneke is Denmark's smallest and most easterly market town.

Svaneke is a harmonious and beautiful harbour town with well-preserved half-timbered houses, old merchant's houses, stone fences, lush gardens, smokehouses, potteries, glass factories, galleries, sweet factories as well as many shops and cosy restaurants. It is possible to buy fresh fish on the harbour every day. An almost exotic atmosphere is prevalent in the town. Steep groups of rocks rise from the harbour, and high above Svaneke you can see two windmills. One of these is 'Stubmøllen' from the year 1634, which is the oldest in Denmark.

Bornholm - Denmark's rocky island

 

Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island.
Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights.
Many craftsmen reside on the island, and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m).
At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.
