Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 55 m² and is build in 1973. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets.} Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 16 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places

in bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Please note: The house is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Common outdoor swimming pool.

Kalkuler med at der ikke er skabspladsen til diverse varer, man bruger i køkkenet. Vi havde det hele stående på køkkenbordet. Heldigt at vi kun var fem, for vi kunne bruge den øverste køje til vore kufferter. Ellers var vi nødt til at placere dem i stuen. Er man til sol på solsengen på husets terrasse kan man glemme det. Solsengene har ikke set rengøring i flere år, og hynder var der heller ikke. Grillen var tømt for aske men ulækker, så gril havde vi ikke lyst til. Vi boede i nr. 19, og det kan i hvert fald ikke anbefales. Rengøringen var også under al kritik. Godt vi betalte os fra denne opgave.

Vi vil anbefale, at man grundigt undersøger på forhånd, hvor stort et hus er og hvordan det er indrettet. Vi illustrerer jo vores huse med mange billeder - så vi hør hvad vi kan for at undgå bristede forventninger. Vi arbejder hele tiden på at sikre en tilfredsstillende rengøringskvalitet - skulle man opleve andet, så kontakt vores bureau - vi hjælper gerne med småt og stort.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in diesem Haus. Leider ist es jetzt in einem Zustand, in dem man es nicht mehr mieten möchte. Alle gravierenden Mängel haben wir sofort dem Verwalterehepaar gemeldet. Sie haben sofort Herrn Petersen von Sonne und Strand in Rönne eingeschaltet. Alle Beanstandungen wurden, so weit möglich, sofort beseitigt. Auch ein Hauswechsel wurde uns angeboten. Schade ist es nur, dass alle Mängel bekannt waren und das Haus trotzdem vermietet wurde. Wir hatten den Eindruck man wollte die Saison, so gut es geht, zu Ende bringen. Fazit: Wir bleiben Bornholm-Fans. Wahrscheinlich fahren wir wieder nach Dueodde Ferieby, nur eben in ein anderes Haus.

Wir kennen die Anlage schon von früher und wissen die Umgebung sehr zu schätzen. Der Strand ist einfach herrlich und wirklich sehr weitläufig. Mit einigen Freizeitaktivitäten wie Volleyball, Tischtennis etc. Gibt es auch für nicht so strandfreundliche Tage Alternativen vor Ort. Leider haben wir mit dem Haus diesmal überhaupt kein Glück gehabt. Das Haus liegt leider direkt an der Rezeption und hat nur einen sehr kleinen „Garten“ zur Verfügung. Die im Internet gezeigten Bilder spiegeln leider den Zustand des Hauses nicht reell wider. Es ist alles sehr verwohnt und abgenutzt. Die Teller und Tassen sind angeschlagen, das Besteck wirkt verbraucht und für die 6 Gäste, die möglich wären, gibt es 4 Trinkgläser. Wir haben alles erst einmal abgewaschen, da nichts wirklich sauber war. Auch die Räume haben vor 20 Jahren sicherlich besser ausgesehen. Leider kann man Matratzen nicht waschen.... ganz zu schweigen von der Terrasse. Die Liegen sind teilweise kaputt und wie die typischen weißen Plastikstühle eher grau und angeschlagen. Hygge ist das nicht. Bei dem sehr gehobenen Preis, sicher Hauptsaison, Inselzuschlag etc., erwartet man einfach mehr. Vielleicht sollten die gemachten Einnahmen mal ins Haus und die Ausstattung investiert werden. Nur Umgebung reicht an Schlechtwettertagen leider nicht. Als regelmäßige Dänemarkbesucher haben wir auch bei sologstrand schon sehr viel bessere Häuser bewohnt.

The holiday village Dueodde Ferieby is situated in a lovely nature area on the southern tip of Bornholm, far from noise and traffic, and consists of more individual houses on a large, common site, directly down to the magnificent, wide sandy beach with perfect bathing and water sport opportunities.
The houses are privately owned, and therefore, the equipment and furniture can vary.
In Dueodde Ferieby you have free access to a shared, outdoor swimming pool and a children's pool - both heated from June 15 to September 1. In the large common house you can play table tennis, and the site also offers a playground for the small children.
Washing machine, dryer and telephone can be used against payment.
Furthermore, the holiday village lets out bicycles.
You will find good shopping possibilities in Snogebæk, 5 km from Dueodde.

Bornholm - Denmark's rocky island

 

Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island.
Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights.
Many craftsmen reside on the island, and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m).
At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.
