Lækkert sommerhus, dog et området omkring huset ikke særlig attraktivt . Der ingen græsgange, men sand/siv , samt det er meget tæt på nabo husende, og det ikke indhegnet af buske/træer, alt for åbent.

Nu er huset jo nybygget og med tiden, så vil det hele jo vokse til i sandjorden, så inden længe vil naturen igen sætte sine fine spor på grunden i dette lækre sommerhus.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und wirkt als hätte es jemand für sich selber eingerichtet. Besonders auch die Kücheneinrichtung, Töpfe, Pfannen und Messer sind hochwertige Markenprodukte, so dass man auch im Urlaub auf nichts verzichten muss. Zur kälteren Jahreszeit würde ich einen Kaminofen vermissen. Für den Sommer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben Wäscheklammern vermisst, aber das war das Einzige, das uns gefehlt hat. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Fantastisk ferie i dejligt hus og smukke omgivelser. Vi valgte bevidst et hus, med behagelige møbler og god plads, da vores ferie var i starten af april og vejret kan drille. Huset er smukt indrettet med rigtig gode møbler med plads til alle - også selv om man er 8 mennesker. Huset er varmt, så lunt tøj er ikke nødvendigt i vinterhalvåret. Huset ligger solrigt og med meget kort gåafstand til en super smuk strand med fint sand. Vær dog opmærksom på, at den også har en del tang. Der er kort afstand til Dueodde Strand, som er helt fantastisk. Pga. Covid-19 var restauranterne lukkede, men vi kan varmt anbefale maden fra Dueodde Dinner & Steakhouse, som vi hentede som take away. Vi havde meget blandet vejr og huset gjorde det muligt at have dejlige hjemme hyggedage. Det lå også som et godt udgangspunkt for rigtig mange korte og lange ture rundt på Bornholm. Alt i alt et perfekt hus med god beliggenhed og gåafstand til stranden. Vær opmærksom på at husene i området ligger tæt og der er mange - både store og små huse. Så er fuglesang og ro en vigtig faktor for en god ferie, vil vi anbefale I finder noget andet i højsæsonen.

Balka is a lovely holiday area with beach, forest, small old fishing houses and a boat harbour.

Balka is situated right south of the second largest town of Bornholm, Nexø, and right north of the idyllic fishing hamlet Snogebæk and by one of the finest sandy beaches in Europe. The holiday houses are surrounded by scenic nature and a conservation area with pines. Paths along the coast lead you to Nexø, where you will find cosy streets, shops, restaurants and a larger fishing harbour.
More shops and restaurants are available in both Snogebæk and Nexø.
Balka is an attractive holiday destination for families, as it is scenically surrounded and lies close to various leisure activities and sights.

Bornholm - Denmark's rocky island


Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island.
Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights.
Many craftsmen reside on the island, and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m).
At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.
