Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 100 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1999. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. The holiday home is situated on a 3500 m² dune site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 700 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping

places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. In the infrared sauna is opportunity for relaxation. You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons. The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. Stereo set. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Please note: Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. A narrow driveway leads up to the house.

Das Haus besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage direkt in der ersten Dünenreihe; für Strandgänger ist es daher optimal. Allerdings ist da Haus inzwischen "ein wenig in die Jahre" gekommen und einige Investitionen täten gut. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist steil und sandig und ist mit dem Auto daher nur mit reichlich "Schwung" zu schaffen. Durch die sehr steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss mit schmalen Stufen ist das Haus für Personen mit Handicap sowie kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen; das Geländer macht keinen vertrauensvollen Eindruck. Die Möbel, insbesondere die Couch im Obergeschoss, sind abgewohnt und durchgesessen und müssten mal erneuert werden. Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten wie zum Beispiel: --- Fussmatte im Eingangsbereich, --- Tablett, --- Nachtische, --- kleiner Handfeger, --- Auflagen für Gartenstühle (haben wir in dieser Preisklasse erwartet). --- 2 weitere Esstühle (es gibt nur 4 Stück im 6-Personen Haus). Der Wasseranschluss vor der Eingangstür ist klasse, allerdings sprudelt das Wasser aufgrund des undichten Wasserhahnes fontänenartig heraus. Im Obergeschoss ist ein Loch in der Wand, wo mal eine Steckdose war. Es gibt zwei Feuerlöscher im Haus, die 2011 letztmalig geprüft wurden; Rauchmelder fehlen komplett. Wir haben 3 Stunden lang die Terrasse freigeschaufelt und alle Gartenmöbel sowie den Wäscheständer gereinigt, um diese nutzen zu können. Das Grundstück ist sehr pflegeleicht (kein Rasen, kein Gartenanteil); trotzdem ist gerade die Rückseite in einem trostlosen Zustand. Mit relativ kleinem Geld und Arbeitseinsatz könnte man ein Schmuckstück aus diesem Haus machen; scheinbar verbringen die Eigentümer wenig Zeit in ihren Haus. Die Waschmaschine ist mit integriertem Trockner (laut Beschreibung gingen wir von 2 Geräten aus). Der Service von Sonne und Strand vor, während und nach dem Urlaub war perfekt.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie. Huset var desværre en skuffelse. Sengene var dårlige, møblerne beskidte, ingen aflægge plads i køkken, spaen var ringe, spisebord stole vaklede og masser af spindelvæv. Men ellers havde vi en dejlig ferie. Sol, strand og ferie stemning i byen.

The former fishing hamlet is now a charming, cosy and popular holiday resort.

The broad, white sandy beach, the dunes, the North Sea, the lovely atmosphere and the many nice holiday homes attract many holiday guests each year. Most of the shops, restaurants, cafés and ice cream stalls in Blokhus are gathered round the square. Concerts and other activities are launched on the square during the summer. Here you will find good shopping opportunities and many good restaurants - often with outdoor service. Furthermore, you can experience a cosy nightlife here in the peak season.
The area Hune/Kryle Klit belongs to Blokhus, but is situates app. 2 km behind the beach in very scenic surroundings.
In addition to the beach, the Blokhus area offers an active town life, a lovely nature, good leisure activities and interesting sights for the whole family. Blokhus is a very much-coveted holiday area at all times of the year.
