Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 159 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1850. No pets allowed. Floor heating in the hall. The holiday home has washing machine. Floor heating in the groundfloor. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there are 2 wood-burning stoves. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 1389 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 9 m² covered terrace.

You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Dies ist ein bezauberndes Haus mit viel Platz, liebevoll und einzigartig eingerichtet. Der große Garten mit Blick in die Weite und aufs Wasser lädt zum Spielen und Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The marsh village Ballum is situated right at the wonderful nature of the Jutland Wadden Sea, between the towns Tønder and Ribe.

The area around Ballum, in the south-western corner of southern Jutland, is a rough, but also lush and unique landscape - an ideal holiday resort for the bird fancier, the anglers and the nature lover. The area is quiet and situated close to both sights and the dam that leads to the island Rømø in the Jutland Wadden Sea. Ballum consists of 7 small and cosy villages, and here you will find shops with groceries and a few restaurants.

Western Jutland - the Danish esplanade

 

The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland.
If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south.
By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.
