The holiday house area of Grevinge is situated in quiet surroundings, about 3 km from the lovely beaches of the inlet 'Isefjord'. It is possible to buy groceries within a radius of 2 km, and the nearest larger town is Holbæk, which is situated 21 km from Grevinge. Only a few kilometres from the holiday house area you will find cromlechs from the prehistoric Denmark. Look forward to a holiday, which will be characterized by tempting beach, lovely nature, relaxation and historic impressions.
All along the shores of the inlet 'Isefjord' you will find more lovely and peaceful beaches (from about 3 km from Grevinge).
However, the best bathing beaches of the area are available in the bays 'Nyrup Bugt' and 'Sejerø Bugt'. The beaches of the bay 'Sejerø Bugt' are very suitable for both children and windsurfers and have the Blue Flag. One of these beaches is 'Gudminderup Strand', close to Højby (20 km), which is a lovely, sandy bathing beach with small dunes. Enjoy the lovely sunset over the water from one of the beaches in the bay.
The varying and hilly landscape of the area, which forms a contrast to the level and drained inlet areas (Lammefjord and Siddinge), were created during the Ice Age. Here the landscape is characterized by many beechwoods, which invite walks - both along the beach and through the woods.
The forest 'Grevinge Skov', 5 km from the holiday house area, contains more cromlechs worth seeing. In the centre of the forest you will find a cromlech without a barrow circle, which contains a large enclosed chamber.
The area, surrounding the beach of Hønsinge Lyng (17 km) is preserved, but can be visited.

The golf course of 'Holbæk Golfklub' (27 km) is with its unique location, directly on the peninsular 'Kirsebærholmen', a very special experience. Enjoy the view of the inlet 'Holbæk Fjord' from here.
