This former farm suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 1850. In 2021 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets.} Freezer capacity of 129 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 4137 m² garden site. Nearest shop is 2100 m away. Football goal.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. CEE socket. With 16 kW power output.

Parking place by the holiday home. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places on mattresses. 6 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on a bed-loft. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1 Smart-TV. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Please note: Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. There are no bedrooms in the house. Instead you find 2 bed lofts with 2 and 4 sleeping accommodations respectively. Please note that all mattresses consist of luxury air mattresses.

The famous, old holiday area, Faxe Ladeplads, is still popular because of its good beach, lovely nature and beautiful forests.

At the eastern coast of South Sealand, right underneath Stevns, the tourist town Faxe Ladeplads is situated. Here you will find a lovely beach, a cosy, combined marina and fishing harbour, good shopping possibilities and more restaurants. The area is very scenic and wooded, and not far from here you will find interesting sights for the whole family. Furthermore, a rail service takes you from here and directly to Copenhagen.
The town Faxe is situated 6 km behind the shore, and here you can i.a. visit the famous brewery of the town.
The nearest larger town is Næstved, which is situated 32 km from Fakse Ladeplads.
