Holiday flat suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 2006. No pets allowed.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. There is solar heat. (Heats the water). The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 250 m² garden site. Situated 6000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your

disposal. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Dejligt velfungerende og velholdt ¹ hus med god indretning til 4 personer. Veludstyret stort køkken. Der er delvis udsigt til haven, delvist til erhverv.

Vorsicht: Haus befindet sich auf einem *Betriebsgelände*. Das heißt, dass dort in der Woche täglich Lärm und Leute auf dem Hof sind! (Direkter Einblick ins Kinderzimmer) Vor allem ist ein Anblick von Baustellenfahrzeugen alltag.

The famous, old holiday area, Faxe Ladeplads, is still popular because of its good beach, lovely nature and beautiful forests.

At the eastern coast of South Sealand, right underneath Stevns, the tourist town Faxe Ladeplads is situated. Here you will find a lovely beach, a cosy, combined marina and fishing harbour, good shopping possibilities and more restaurants. The area is very scenic and wooded, and not far from here you will find interesting sights for the whole family. Furthermore, a rail service takes you from here and directly to Copenhagen.
The town Faxe is situated 6 km behind the shore, and here you can i.a. visit the famous brewery of the town.
The nearest larger town is Næstved, which is situated 32 km from Fakse Ladeplads.
