Holiday home close to the coast
Free access to the beach and seaside life in a Seaside House. Rent a Seaside House if the whole family enjoys being close to the Danish sea.
Criteria for Seaside Houses
- The holiday home must be located max 500 metres from the coast.
- The site on which the house is situated must have an area of minimum 1000 square metres.
Criteria for the area
The city/town must have a town environment characterised by:- There must not be other sites, houses or roads with heavy traffic between the holiday home and the shore. The house must be situated with direct access to the shore.
- The coast on which the holiday home is located must be outside urban area and allow free passage on the beach.
The Association of Danish Holiday House Letters has defined the above criteria.
