Criteria for City Houses
The holiday home must be situated max 3 km from the city/town centre.
Criteria for the city area
The city/town must have a town environment characterised by:- Travel agency with green “i-sign” open all year round
- Restaurants, cafés and public houses open all year round
- Shopping streets with special shops open all year round
- Supermarkets open all year round
- A vivid and varied cultural offer (museums, art, music scenes) year round.
Information (city guide) must be accessible for the public in Danish and German as a minimum.
