Whirlpool

When you collect the key for your holiday home you will receive a special brochure regarding whirlpools. Individual instructions are also available in each house. Please read the brochure and instructions before you use the whirlpool.

Standard whirlpool
You have to fill a standard whirlpool with fresh water every time you wish to use it. The water has to exceed the side jets with app. 10 centimetres in order for the whirlpool to function.

Please fill the whirlpool with pure water at departure. In that way the service staff of Sol og Strand can clean the jets during their control visit.

Pre-filled whirlpool
A pre-filled whirlpool is always filled with water, which is heated to a temperature of 38 degrees centigrade.

It costs energy to heat up large quantities of water. You can reduce the energy consumption by drawing the thermo cover over the pre-filled whirlpool. By doing so you will reduce both the energy consumption and the evaporation of water.

Chlorine has been added to the water, which is continuously filtered and cleaned. The technique and electricity for a pre-filled whirlpool must never be disconnect, as it can result in serious deterioration of the water quality.
