COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be stated to the local SOL OG STRAND office at once (tel. no. and address are stated on the tenacy agreement document and in the information folder in the holiday home). If the local sales and service office is closed, you can apply to SOL OG STRAND's main office.
Cleaning complaints must be stated to SOL OG STRAND immediately on the day of arrival. Further complaints have to be stated as well in order to arrange remedy. Tenants are, cf Danish legislation, liable to allow SOL OG STRAND a fair respite to remedy complaints from the tenant. Any compensation is calculated from the time when SOL OG STRAND receives the complaint.
If the tenant leaves the holiday home without informing SOL OG STRAND verbally and without allowing SOL OG STRAND a fair respite to correct defects, if any, SOL OG STRAND cannot be imposed with refund obligations as the tenant himself has made it impossible for SOL OG STRAND to remedy the defect/damage.
