Deposit

With Sol og Strand it is easy to settle your consumption of electricity etc. in the holiday home. When you rent a holiday home with us, you pay a deposit together with the last instalment of the rent. After your departure we set your consumption off against the deposit. In that way the settling goes on automatically and you don?t have to think about it at your departure.

We will refund the additional part of your deposit to your bank account 3 weeks after your return - at the latest. In 90 % of all cases the deposit covers the consumption of the holiday guests. In case the deposit doesn?t cover your consumption, we will claim the difference from you.

The remainder must be paid in EURO to Sydbank in Flensburg, Germany, BIC SYDBKDE 22, IBAN: DE49215106001272010005.

Please state your account number when you book your holiday home if you wish to pay through bank transfer. In this way we can refund any additional part of your deposit to your account.

If you pay with credit card, we will refund any additional amount to the credit card, which was used for the payment. In case the deposit doesn?t cover your consumption during the holiday, the difference will automatically be deducted from your credit card.

In case of incomplete or incorrect bank account details, you will only receive one statement, in which we request the correct bank information. It is your responsibility to provide Sol og Strand with the correct bank account details. Please note that the refunding of deposits is limited to a period of 5 years.
