Eva Koch - Salammbo

Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek shows an interesting exhibition with sculptures, video sequences and sound.
Up until 6 February 2011 you can see the special exhibition ?Salammbo? with works of the Danish sculptor and media artist Eva Koch in the winter garden of the museum Nt Carlsberg Glyptotek. At this sensuous exhibition sound and video meet the classical sculpture. Among other things you can see Eva Koch?s interpretation of the work ?Salammbo?, a female sculpture with a snake, created by Jean-Antoine-Marie Idrac in 1881, as well as four new works that Eva Koch have created specifically for this exhibition.
