Danish and Nordic art at SMK

The Danish state museum of art, SMK, presents an exhibition with Danish and Nordic art from the years 1750-1900.
With the exhibition 'Danish and Nordic Art 1750-1900' at the Danish state museum of art (Statens Museum for Kunst) you have the opportunity of experiencing the development of Scandinavian art through 150 years. See among others paintings of the Golden Age and modernist works in the chronologically organised exhibition. The chronology is however interrupted by small theme exhibitions about artists with a special significance as well as actualised subjects and hidden sides of the Danish art history. You can see Danish and Nordic art at SMK from 28 May to 29 November 2011.
