A Kick out of Africa

The photo art museum Brandts - Museet for Fotokunst shows an exhibition with football photographs from Africa.
Until 20 February 2011 you can see the exhibition ?A Kick out of Africa? with around 100 football photographs by Tine Harden at Brandts - Museet for Fotokunst in Odense. The photographer wishes to show a positive side of Africa and to connect the continent and its population with vitality and joy. During her Africa journeys Tine Harden has photographed Masais in Kenya, inhabitants of Rabat and Cairo as well as children from the slum areas in South Africa among others. All of these people have one thing in common: Their enthusiasm for football.
