With its location and activities, the holiday and activity centre Vigsø offers the perfect settings for a comfortable and eventful family holiday.

Vigsø Feriecenter is desirably located, right by the long sandy beaches of the bay Vigsø Bugt and close to the national park Thy. The centre invites active holiday for the whole family and offers children of all ages a number of interesting and amusing activities -both outdoor and indoors in the house Bakkehuset. Among other things the centre has a challenging obstacle course, a climbing wall and animals that you can stroke.

All activities is situated in walking distance from the holiday home, so while the children amuse themselves and is active together with other children, you can relax by the house and enjoy the scenic surroundings.

Stone and amber workshop • Amber grinding: After a course you can grind and design beautiful amber ornaments by yourselves. If you cannot find amber on the beach, you can buy it in the workshop for DKK 8 per grams. Stone polishing: Bring you own stones from the beach (size app. 2-3 cm in diameter). You will receive guidance in using the machines and hear, which stones that are suitable for polishing. • DKK 30 per person. DKK 15 for fitting to ornament.

Motocross • Age limit is six years. Registration not necessary - you simply turn up by the motocross track behind the C town when it is staffed. See notice in the centre. • DKK 65 for 5 laps. DKK 35 for 2 laps.

Tennis • Apply in the reception when you wish to rent course and equipment. • DKK 60 for rent of rackets, balls and course.

The specifications of the activities are based on information from the centre. Sol og Strand makes reservations for changes in the facilities of the activity centre - including opening hours and prices.
