The house has a super location, but the inside doesn’t match the first impression. The radiators makes a noise all night long – like a clicking sound (probably from the pipes). The beds are much to soft, and therefore the sleep was limited. The kitchen bears the mark of the fact that the house owner doesn’t visit his house very often, as many ordinary kitchen tools were lacking. The grill is small compared to the 10 beds in the houses. The house has a bad indoor climate. The pool is great – however, the showers have mouldy shower curtains. We have wished to have the pool heated up to 33 degrees because we had small children with us, and it was okay the first day. But the following days the water was much colder – in spite of covering. Good restaurant if you don’t mind driving app. 20 minutes: Luneborg Kro on Luneborgvej 310 in Tylstrup. Great food. It is definitely the area that makes it worth renting this house.

The house is not secure with regard to safety. Electrical installations are not in order (220V cords are gathered with terminal strips). There is a heavy draught in the house when the weather is windy. In the pool section the insulation consists of toilet paper.

Dieses Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Allgemein muss man aber sagen, dass eine Renovierung langsam mal angedacht werden könnte, da die Bäder schon etwas älter sind und auch der Außenbereich teilweise bereits abgenutzt, bzw. die Außenwände langsan abbröckeln... Da wir recht windiges Wetter hatten, ist es sehr empfehlenswert einen Windschutz (Richtung Dünen) zu bauen, da man sonst nicht draußen sitzen kann und dies ist sehr Schade. Wir hatten einen Windschutz dabei und konnten dadurch etwas windgeschützt sitzen und liegen. Die Auflagen für die Liegen sind leider bereits sehr zerrupft und für die Stühle gab es keine Sitzkissen. Leider waren die Gartentische bei Ankunft kaputt. Nach Meldung bei Sonne und Strand wurden diese sofort gegen neue Tische ausgetauscht. Die Matrazen der Etagenbetten sind sehr dünn und auch schon sehr durchgelegen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir leider einige Probleme mit dem Pool, da die Temperatur immer mehr gesunken ist. Sonne und Strand hat sofort immer einen Techniker vorbeigeschickt und es wurde eine neue Pumpe eingebaut, dies hat zwar nicht die gewünschte Lösung gebracht, da sich die Temperatur leider immer noch nicht erhöht hat, aber die Servicebereitschaft und Lösungsansätze von Sonne und Strand waren super. Nach unserer Ansicht ist dieses Haus eher für maximal 8 Personen geeignet, da man sich sonst gern mal auf die Füsse tritt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und freuen uns bereits auf nächstes Jahr!

Godt og velindrettet hus, men planlæg ikke for meget udendørs. Havemøbler er rent ud sagt noget bras set i forhold til selve huset og i særdeleshed husets pris.

Grill saknades och trädgårdsmöblerna var i dålig kondition. De flesta stolarna var trasiga och även borden var dåliga. Inte särskilt många tv kanaler o alla bara på danska. Bra sängar o kuddar o köket välutrustat.

Preis für die die Endreinigung völlig überzogen.Kaugummi vom Vormieter befand sich noch im Pool.Sonnabends war Anreise, montags wurde der Pool gereinigt und Geräte zur Reparatur mitgenommen - bis freitags-. Ständige Begleiter in der Küche waren Ameisen. Lieblos gestapelte Terassenmöbel für mind. 25 Pers. vor dem Eingang. Hinweis, dass kein Grill vorhanden ist, fehlt!! Wo bekommt man Kaminholz??? Müsste alles vor Antritt geklärt sein! Sanitärbereiche sind sanierungsbedürftig!

Evtl. Mängel sind unverzüglich an Sonne und Strand zu melden, so dass wir die Möglichkeit zu helfen bekommen. Leider hat der Kunde sich während seines Aufenthaltes nicht mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt.
