Luxurious and commodious country house of 732 m2, located in scenic surroundings near Vejlby Fed. The house is build of wood and bricks in 1998 on a 2,500-m2 nature site, just 300 m from a child-friendly beach. The centre of the house is the lovely, 202-m2 water complex in more levels with a 90-m2 swimming pool (1.4 m deep). The sauna is build up like an island in the tropical paradise and camouflaged like a cannibal hut with palm trees. The whirlpool for 5 persons is formed like a tower at the end of the pool, and from here you can enjoy the view of the whole bathing area. The pool area is connected with the relax section through 3 arches, and this section offers solarium, billiard table and table tennis. The terrace has been laid out in the angle of the house - right outside the pool area. The spacious and cosy dining room offers space for 24 persons, and in connection to this you will find the well-equipped kitchen with cooking island, 8 cooking zones, scullery with 2 dish washers, separate larder, 2 refrigerators, microwave oven and freezer (300 l). The living room is furnished with tasteful furniture. The TV/living room contains TV with satellite, stereo with CD player, DVD player, video, fax and telephone with counter. Furthermore, washing machine, tumbler, 3 cots and 3 high chairs are at your disposal in the house. The sleeping section consists of 10 bedrooms: 6 with double bed and 4 with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and floor heating. 2 further bedrooms are available for guests against payment if the number of residents exceed 20 persons. The country house is ideal for small conferences, representative arrangements, family reunions etc. Total service packages with stay, special service and menu can be arranged upon request. Strandlyst is not suitable for schools and youth groups. No more than 20(24) persons can occupy the house. If you need more space, you can rent the adjoining house Strandlyst Anneks together with Standlyst. On account of the size of Strandlyst and its swimming pool, you have to expect substantially higher energy costs here than in a traditional holiday home with swimming pool. Please notice: The house is heated by means of oil and a water rate will be collected.
