The house lacks a bit of maintenance. A solarium was mentioned in the description, but it wasn’t there. The bathroom by the pool is very small, and when you sit on the toilet, you cannot be too long-legged. And you almost have to walk backwards to reach the toilet. The house is not suitable for old or walking-impaired persons as the stairs are very steep. On the other hand, the pool is great.

Das Haus ist in einen renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Hier wurde seit Jahren kein Geld mehr investiert. Positiv: Technik, Multimediaausstattung, UmgebungPreis-Leistungsverhältniss stimmt hier nicht.
