Holiday home in "Rosenholm", Ronæs, Middelfart, Funen - 70-0505 This manor house with thatched roof is a magnificent, charming and very exclusive residence. The luxurious settings will impress even the most pretentious guests. The two-winged 886-m2 half-timbered house was erected in 1994 in accordance with historic designs and restored in 2003. The manor house is located on a scenic 16,700-m2 park site with trees and lakes, directly by the beach and the Little Belt.
In order to provide the manor house with the proper atmosphere, the floors have been boarded with 500-years-old oak planks.
One of the wings contains a 174-m2 tropical water complex with a swimming pool. The pool has a size of 65 m2 and a depth of 1.35 m. The bathing area is elegantly decorated with grottos, palms and a tropical bar in the pool. Here you will also find a magnificent whirlpool for 5 persons, a sauna and a solarium.
The 3 nicely furnished living rooms offer a complete Hi-fi set with CD player, TV with satellite, video, DVD player as well as 3 telephones and fax with counter. In the library you can experience the genuine manor house atmosphere. The wine cellar of the estate contains lovely wines that can be purchased during your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with hot air oven, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave oven, dish washer, 2 refrigerators and freezer (250 l).
All 8 bedrooms are individually furnished and have their own style and name. Equally, they all have access to a private luxury bathroom with shower and floor heating. The presidential suite 'Præsidentsuiten' in more levels covers 77 m2 and offers mahogany columns and floor illumination.
Furthermore, washing machine, tumbler, billiard table, table tennis, cot and high chair are at your disposal at Rosenholm.
The manor house is ideal for small conferences, representative arrangements, family reunions etc. Total service packages with stay, special service and menu can be arranged upon request.
Rosenholm is not suitable for schools and youth groups. No more than 18 persons can occupy the house.
On account of the size of Rosenholm and its swimming pool, you have to expect substantially higher energy costs here than in a traditional holiday home with swimming pool.
Please notice: The house is heated by means of oil and a water rate will be collected.
