De prijs kwaliteit verhouding van het huis was redelijk. Vabwege onvoldoende isolatie en nachtvorst was het huis moeilijk met de aanwezige gebrekkige ET verwarming warm te krijgen. Dit lukte wel met de aanwezige houtkachel nadat wij brandhout hadden gekocht.Het inrit was een moddersooi gelukkig konden wij de auto naast het pad parkeren.
