We lived in this house last summer, and it was a small disaster. The tableware was dirty - and there was water in the greasy glasses. The sofa was filthy - just like the mattresses, duvets and pillows. No swing and no PS2 were available even though it was promised in the presentation. The sand box was used as dustbin and contained cigarette stubs and beer cans. The satellite dish was not adjusted - was however regulated during the stay. The tumble dryer was about to fall down if it, or the washing machine, was used (was also regulated during the stay). The front door could not be locked from the outside!! (was regulated as well). No hot water in one of the showers (was regulated). The floor was filled with black marks/stripes. In general the house was a rotten experience and it was obvious that a number of rowdy parties had taken place here. A piece of good advice for families with children: Stay away from this house!
