Stenbrudssøen Nexø Bornholm

Fishing licences can be obtained on the camping ground Nexø Familiecamping, which is located right next to the Put & Take pond. Stenbrudssøen is Bornholm's largest fishpond and contains crucian carp, perch, tench, zander and ell. The fishpond has a water surface of app. 17,500 square metres and it is up to 18 metres deep at some spots. The former quarry is situated directly by the Baltic, and therefore the water is just as salted as the seawater, which provides very favourable conditions for the fish. Bring along a picnic basket or help yourselves to soda, beer, ice cream, candy etc. in the kiosk of Nexø Familiecamping.
