Lagunen Fiskepark

In scenic nature between Hals and Hou you will find one of North Jutland's most lovely fishponds. Both the pond and the surroundings are established in a way that is suitable for children and disabled persons. As the fishpond is surrounded by trees, you are able to find many sheltered spots. You can catch various kinds of trouts, eel and steelheads of between 800 grams and 12 kilos, and fresh fish are released daily. The fishpond offers facilities like shelters with grills, tables, benches, freezers for the catch as well as a smoking chamber. A kiosk is available on the spot, and here you can buy or rent fishing tackle. The park is open year round, and when it gets dark, the installed lights are turned on. Fishing competitions are arranged regularly in the fishpond.
